This study investigates germ cell aplasia, a form of azoospermia characterized by reduced testicular seminiferous tubules containing only Sertoli cells. It assesses hormonal levels (FSH, LH, testosterone, prolactin) and histopathological aspects in Gaza Strip, aiming to identify risk factors contributing to azoospermia for better patient awareness.
