More about the book
The thesis presents innovative non-conjugated polyarylether hosts, which eliminate the triplet-energy limitations faced by traditional conjugated polymers. This advancement addresses the issue of triplet energy back transfer, enabling the creation of high-efficiency electrophosphorescent polymers, particularly in blue and all-phosphorescent white varieties. Additionally, a spiro-linked hyperbranched architecture is proposed to further prevent triplet energy back transfer in low triplet-energy hosts. The findings offer significant insights into the design of phosphorescent polymers and have resulted in multiple publications.
