The early economic and ecological evaluation of inventive lightweight manufacturing technologies is characterized by a contradictory problem: On the one hand, manufacturers need to evaluate those lab-scale technologies as precise as possible. On the other hand, this earliness complicates evaluations as information might be uncertain.
