When the group dissolved, one member went to California and enjoyed continued success in television commercials, while the other member remained in Detroit and became involved in business ventures that were less than legal. The play accelerates into fast action when an enjoyable reunion visit one September evening between them in Detroit goes terribly awry to the point of life or death.
