The book about a language your body speaks and how you can lean to understand it. By mutual discussion you can turn your body into a self-healing mode. I was a child who was more sick than healthy. Not allowed to do PE, carry school books, and more. I have learned to communicate with my body and I my body healed itself. I can teach you how to do that as well as how to unconditionally love your body.
