- CEO, Co-founder
What I love most about Bookbot is that everyone here is dead serious about their work. We don't make it easy on ourselves at the expense of the customer, so we keep growing. As a company and as people.

We are looking for people who want to be the best in their field.
We are a technology company. We develop in-house.
One order every 15 seconds. We photograph around 25,000 books every day and sell roughly the same amount.
Our own system. Our co-founder is the CTO, with whom you can discuss everything at any time.
Fewer meetings, more work. Need something? Ideally, you just get up and ask your colleagues.
A casual atmosphere. Want to go to a corporate event? Okay! You don´t want to? No problem!
Work on a real product. Whether it´s the e-shop or an internal application for hundreds of employees.
Our product has a meaning. And you will have the opportunity to directly influence it on a daily basis.
AI and LLM are integral parts of our workflow.
Interesting assignments and high autonomy.

Snail´s pace is not for us. We have a high level of commitment and a lot of ambitions.
Even the best idea is only useful if the boss and the customer are excited about it.
When we align our priorities and work together, we can do great things.
We like to experiment. We are not afraid to do something wrong and learn from it as quickly as possible.
Inspired by the Kaizen philosophy, we rely on creative solutions to overcome challenges.
We stand behind our work and are proud of our achievements. We believe in openness and fairness.
We work together, we have fun working together. We like to talk about work on the subway on the way to the office.

What I love most about Bookbot is that everyone here is dead serious about their work. We don't make it easy on ourselves at the expense of the customer, so we keep growing. As a company and as people.

We do all our IT in-house. If something breaks, it's probably our own fault. But we also know how to fix it. At the same time, we don't have to deal with external programs, just what we really need.

A book here, a book there. Every day, we make it possible for your favourite stories to find new readers and for you to discover new stories. Re-selling is our passion.

Our aim is to show that a book that has been read is not less valuable than a new one. Stories don't wear out, and we want to teach that to the whole world.

I started at Bookbot as a temp. Today I have a full-time job, my own department and a better team than I could have ever hoped for. Together we can literally break things for our customers. And we love it!

Bookbot's success is based on technology and data, which are ubiquitous. Everything has to be calculated correctly because there is little room for manoeuvre with such a large footprint and such a cheap product.

Inspiring people are my blood type – and at Knihobot, it often feels like I’m working at a mini TED conference.
