Der Jazzmusiker Till Brönner (geb. 1971) ist berühmt. Kennen Sie ihn auch schon als Fotografen? Seit Jahren ist er auch in diesem Genre erfolgreich unterwegs. Im vorliegenden Band stellt er seine ebenso spannende wie ungewöhnliche Sicht auf die Metropole Ruhr vor. Till Brönner, famous as a preeminent jazz musician, has devoted himself passionately and with perfectionism to a second talent, namely photography, for several years now. Travelling through the Ruhr Valley, he created unusual, previously unpublished photographic portraits of the region. Brönner was particularly interested in the faces of the former industrial hub of Germany, its architecture and the coexistence of various nationalities and cultures in the country’s largest conurbation.
