More about the book
The annual Ars Electronica festival acts as a communal platform for artists and researchers working in different disciplines in the area of digital media design. Since 1987, artists from over 60 countries have submitted more than 20,000 pieces to the festival's Prix Ars Electronica, noted as a barometer of international trends in new media. For the first time, this voluminous publication comes complete with both a DVD and CD, featuring excerpts of the best computer animations, visual effects and digital music in the festival.
