Her literary contributions include a novel, "Divorcing," and various short stories, alongside her involvement in the Open Theater. Taubes's complex relationship with her husband, Jacob, is captured in their extensive correspondence, which reflects their lives during the 1950s. Her tragic suicide followed shortly after her novel's release.
