Yoshiko Sunadomari, a biologist grieving her husband's death, travels to the vibrant world of Fulgar to reconnect with her estranged son, Tetsuo. However, she discovers he is entangled in a dangerous conspiracy involving illegal technology and a powerful elite, Rafael Garcia de la Vega.
