Girlbomb

The narrative follows Janice Erlbaum, who leaves her tumultuous home life at fifteen to navigate the challenges of living on the streets of New York City. Despite facing violence and danger in shelters, she manages to maintain a semblance of normalcy by attending high school and engaging in teenage experiences like crushes and performing in a musical. Alongside her best friends, she explores the city's nightlife, indulging in drugs and complicated relationships, while grappling with their shared struggles and family issues.
