Die vorliegende Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit der Modellierung und Regelung der in Nadelwickelprozessen wirkenden Drahtzugkräfte. Definierte Drahtzugkräfte am Drahtführer bilden eine essentielle Voraussetzung für die exakte und reproduzierbare Positionierung des Kupferdrahtes auf dem Wickelkörper. Die vorgestellten Verfahren ermöglichen eine Bestimmung und Regelung der dynamischen Zugkräfte während des gesamten Bewicklungsvorganges.This work deals with the task of modeling and control of the wire tension forces acting in needle winding processes. Defined wire tension forces at the wire guide are an essential requirement for an exact and reproducible positioning of the copper wire on the coil body. The methods presented allow the determination and control of the dynamic tensile forces during the entire winding process.
