This delightful, mint, revised HARDBACK edition, Times Books International, Singapore, 1987, has a mint unclipped dust jacket that is now protected in an extra, bespoke, clear acid-free slipcover. The dust jacket has two very good water colours of the front of the hotel and the garden view at night. The cover is cream cloth with gilt lettering. The endpapers are copies of the original 1897 blueprints of the hotel. The book size is 10Ó w x 10Ó h with a bibliography and 67 pages on high quality paper.
