This situation is influencing every stratum of social life and on a personal level, forcing us to constantly reassess our ideas, habits, jobs, social relationships and customs. In short, it forces us to reinvent ourselves each day if we do not wish to be relegated to the margins of society and of ourselves. In this book we try to give some answers to the questions we have all asked at some point in this most uncertain times... What is happening with the Globalization ? What is the future of Work ? How is the Economy changing ? Where are the new Politics heading ? How will Demography change ? When will the next Crisis appear ? This book wants to cast a bit of clarity into this tumultuous sea through the analysis of this distinct phenomena: When do they happen ? Why do they happen ? What is their dynamic and what consequences do they carry ? Globalization is now Deglobalization, Work is now called Telework, the Economy is now the digital and sustainable Economy, etcetera. Our intention is to help understand why these phenomena are occurring, what consequences they are having or will have on our lives and give some advise to try and be better prepared and emerge more gracefully from these new circumstances.
