This guide is for adult language teachers on how to improve retention rates in adult language courses. The problem of language learners dropping out of classes, considered for a long time as inevitable, has become an issue of pressing concern today. As the survival of language courses increasingly depends on student retention, it is no longer acceptable to see classes dwindle.
