Výbor divadelních textů českého dramatika a dramaturga. Obsahuje texty kratšího rozsahu určené pro divadelní předvedení pocházející převážně ze 70. let 20. století a zbylé z období porevolučního.

Příležitostný tisk k premiéře ve Stavovském divadle 29. a 30. května 1995. Tisk obsahuje vedle překladu hry také úvod od Martina Hilského a několik krátkých esejí. Dále také nový konec ke hře z pera George Bernarda Shaw a příběh devátý ze dne druhého z Boccacciova Dekameronu, který byl nejspíše inspirací pro samotnou hru. Jedno z posledních her Williama Shakespeara, řazená mezi tzv. romantické hry. Dílo Cymbelin nepostrádá typickou dramatičnost, zápletky a nedorozumění, vedoucí hlavní postavy k často neuváženým rozhodnutím, málem zapříčiňujícím tragédii, závěr hry však přejímá harmonie nastolená nečekanými vysvětleními a usmířením.... celý text

In the spring of 1948 Arthur Miller retreated to a log cabin in Connecticut with the first two lines of a new play already fixed in his mind. He emerged six weeks later with the final script of Death of a Salesman - a painful examination of American life and consumerism. Opening on Broadway the following year, Miller's extraordinary masterpiece changed the course of modern theatre. In creating Willy Loman, his destructively insecure anti-hero, Miller himself defined his aim as being 'to set forth what happens when a man does not have a grip on the forces of life'.
