In this, our third knitting pattern book, we wanted to challenge ourselves and develop a wide variety of patterns to knit. The challenge — what can be made from a simple RECTANGLE? As it turns out, a lot! Wearable items (poncho, shrug, capelet, bolero), home items (blanket, pillow, towels, sitting pad) and accessories (pulse warmers, scarf, pareo) feature diverse knitting techniques and construction choices.

Eight loop patterns are provided along with suggestions for variations. We hope you will knit one (or more) of the patterns, be motivated to try a new method or be inspired to use something in the book to design your own loop.
