Nach Perriers Erscheinen macht sich unter Ryota und seinen Mitspielern zunächst Erleichterung breit. Das Spiel scheint angehalten worden zu sein und für eine erfolgreiche Flucht muss Perrier nur noch zum Serverraum auf dem Gipfel gelangen und dort das blockierte System wiederherstellen. Doch während sie warten, erscheinen ferngesteuerte Kampfroboter, die ganz sicher nicht zu ihrem Schutz gedacht sind!

Ida versucht, seine Firma von innen heraus zu hacken, bleibt dabei jedoch nicht unentdeckt. In seiner Not greift er zu einer Waffe und richtet sie auf den von allen zutiefst verehrten Herrn Schwaritz.
