To celebrate their 25 anniversary, the British Birdfair, in collaboration with Robert Gillmor, have produced this special book which illustrates their beautifully produced posters – 23 of which were created by Gillmor. The Art of Conservation shows, through the posters, how the Birdfair has grown from a small, local fair into an international, world-acclaimed production. As well as the finished posters, there are various extra artworks by Gillmor, including visuals, sketches and pencil roughs outlining his ideas for the posters.
