Ria Hellichten conceived her first stories during her elementary school years, a passion likely inherited from her grandfather, who published his war recollections as a diary. From the moment she could think and write, stories and poems flowed from her, a passion that has endured. However, it was only after the birth of her son that she fulfilled a long-held dream, writing her first book during parental leave.
