Nadia always seemed destined for a career in illustration. From childhood doodles in her exercise books to sketching notes during her law degree, her passion for drawing persisted. Even as a journalist for the music magazine Smash Hits, she couldn't stop sketching animals on anything available. Instead of reprimand, her editors allowed her to leave early for evening illustration classes, recognizing her talent. This dedication led to an MA from Anglia Ruskin University, fulfilling her dream of making a living through her art and writing.
