Surya Das

Lama Surya Das is a foremost Western teacher and scholar of Buddhist meditation, serving as a key interpreter of Tibetan Buddhism in the West. With over forty years of study in Zen, Vipassana, yoga, and Tibetan Buddhism under Asian masters, he is an authorized lama and lineage holder in the Nyingmapa tradition.
