Wheeler del Torro Books
Wheeler del Torro, inspired by Paris's Berthilion ice cream shop, mastered the art of creating delicious, healthy vegan ice cream. After perfecting his recipes, del Torro returned to the United States, selling his creations from a vintage 1972 ice cream truck. Following years as a private chef and running Wheeler's as a catering business, del Torro established the first and only all-vegan ice cream parlor in the US in Boston, Massachusetts.
