Maisie Ward Books

Mary Ward was a writer, publisher, and speaker whose work often delved into religious and spiritual themes. Hailing from a prominent Catholic family, she became known as the co-founder of the publishing house Sheed & Ward. Her literary output included biographies of notable figures like G.K. Chesterton, as well as works on New Testament scholarship and spirituality. Ward's activities and publications foreshadowed many of the ideas that would later emerge from the Second Vatican Council.
