Jay Lynch

    Jay Lynch was a pioneering American cartoonist, renowned as the founder of Bijou Funnies, a seminal underground comic from the 1960s. For an extended period, he authored the weekly syndicated comic strip, Phoebe and the Pigeon People. His creative influence also extended to popular humor products from Topps Chewing Gum, including Wacky Packages and Garbage Pail Kids.
