John Gilmore Books

John Gilmore is an author whose groundbreaking research into Montreal jazz history has been published in two critically acclaimed books. His research materials, including oral history recordings with musicians, are part of the jazz history collections at Concordia University Archives. Gilmore also writes and translates fiction and poetic narrative, continually exploring new ways of telling stories. He is an affiliate of the Centre for Oral History and Digital Story-telling at Concordia University.
