Ed Clayton

Ed Clayton was a respected editor, author, and reporter. He undertook special assignments for Life magazine and contributed articles to major news organizations like the Associated Press and United Press International, as well as the Associated Negro Press. Clayton also held editorial roles at Jet, Ebony, and Negro Digest, demonstrating a significant presence in media. He maintained a close association with Dr. King at the Southern Christian Leadership Conference until his passing.
