Her artistic journey began with visual communication studies and continued at prestigious institutions in New York and Munich. Krause's diverse body of work includes short and documentary films, animations, and screenplays, with a significant focus on children's literature since 1985. She has illustrated hundreds of books and authored her own successful works, which have been translated into numerous languages and adapted for television, earning her international acclaim.
