Sarah Kaplan Books

Sarah Kaplan is a professor of strategic management and the director of the Institute for Gender and the Economy at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto. Her work investigates how organizations respond to emerging fields and technologies, with a particular focus on applying an innovation lens to understanding the challenges for achieving gender equality. Kaplan explores how gender equality can be achieved through innovation, and analyzes how organizations react to the emergence of new technologies and innovations.
