Philip Young is the founder of the Historic Rally Car Register and the Endurance Rally Association, renowned for organizing epic long-distance motoring events. In the early 1980s, he established and edited his own motoring magazine, 'Sporting Cars,' which twice earned the premier journalism award from the Guild of Motoring Writers.
