Cathy Porter Books

Cathy Porter is the author of several books exploring themes such as women terrorists in Tsarist Russia, political art during the 1905 revolution, and Moscow in the Second World War. She also penned a biography of the revolutionary Larissa Reisner and is currently compiling a new anthology of Kollontai's writings. Porter is a prolific translator, having rendered over thirty Russian books and plays into English, including The Diaries of Sofia Tolstoy and Dmitry Bykov's acclaimed novel Living Souls.
