Angela Darling, dubbed “The Queen of the Macabre,” is a novelist whose works are richly infused with history, romance, and dark gothic horror. Her writing is strongly influenced by Edgar Allan Poe, V.C. Andrews, and Shirley Jackson. Darling has been writing for over 30 years, completing her first full-length novel at the age of 15.
