Josh has made an unexpected discovery - four baby owls! Their home has been destroyed, and now the tiny owls have nowhere to live! There's no sign of the parent owls, and the baby owls are getting colder and hungrier, so Josh and his mother call the RSPCA. A rescue ensues, followed by an attempted hand feeding. But the RSPCA must move the baby owls to another nest if they are to have a chance of survival. Finding a new home for the owls won't be easy, but Josh is more than happy to help.
In the climax to the mermaids' search for their pieces of the magical conch shell, Molly finds herself in the frozen seas of the Arctic. There she discovers that the Dark Queen has stolen the last conch piece and imprisoned ice mermaid Shivana.
Swimming with the turtles and tropical fish in the ocean reefs has always been such fun for the mermaids, until the reefs begin to die. Molly must help her friend Coral find her magic shell so she can rescue the reef - but the wicked Dark Queen and her army have other plans.
It's embarrassing enough that Oliver's dad has a new job at Magic School, but then smug new boy Casper starts showing Oliver up too. So when Casper challenges Oliver to a magical duel, Oliver agrees. Can he really beat clever Casper and avoid the scary forfeit?
Mermaid Molly sets off with Coral, protector of the ocean reefs, to find the third piece of the enchanted conch shell. With it, they would be able to restore the dying tropical reefs and return a host of sea creatures, including a lost baby turtle, to their rightful homes. But first they have to beat a swarm of the Dark Queen's evil jellyfish.
Molly returns to the Undersea Kingdom to help Animal-Keeper mermaid Leila find the missing whales. When they investigate they find the whales trapped inside a lobster pot but before they can set the whales free Molly and Leila are attacked by the Dark Queen's menacing mud monsters.
Everyone at Oliver's school is really excited about taking part in the annual Festival of Magic parade, but Oliver is stuck with the boring job of picking up the litter. When his little sister Witch Baby hatches a baby dragon at home, Oliver sees his chance to liven his role up. But things don't quite go to plan.
