So werden pro Kampagne mehrere hundert Milliarden Francs mobilisiert. Ein kolossaler Betrag (275 000 000 000 FCFA laut DFC), den eine einzige Bank nicht tragen kann. Darüber hinaus wirft die sich ständig verändernde Weltwirtschaft viele Fragen und Ungewissheiten auf, die die Grundlage für viel Wirbel und Ungewissheit in Bezug auf die Finanzierung von Agrarkrediten in Mali bilden. Diese Unruhen und Unsicherheiten sind größtenteils auf politische Entscheidungen zurückzuführen, die an der Spitze des Staates getroffen wurden.
