This study examines the lack of specific legal frameworks for cyberspace under OHADA, focusing on e-commerce, electronic contracts, and dematerialized securities. It aims to identify regulatory shortcomings and propose solutions to enhance legal security and promote economic development in Africa following OHADA reforms in 2010 and 2014.
