Alfonso Guerra González is a Spanish politician and professor. He is recognized for his long-standing role as the second-in-command of the Spanish Socialist Workers' Party (PSOE) under Felipe González. His political career included service as a deputy in the Congress of Deputies for Seville, as well as holding key government positions such as Vice President of the Government and Deputy General Secretary of the PSOE.
