Francisco Pérez Navarro, also known as Efepé, is a Spanish comic book writer and translator who has left an indelible mark on the industry. Like everyone else, Quentin Coldwater assumes that magic isn't real, until he finds himself admitted to a very secretive and exclusive college of magic.
