    January 4, 1886 – June 6, 1985

    This author pioneered the field of vegetable juicing and nutritional health. He championed the consumption of fresh, raw fruit and vegetable juices as a means to both regain and maintain one's well-being. His work inspired the development of the Norwalk Hydraulic Press Juicer, a device still in production today. He authored several books focused on nutrition and healthy living.
