Claudio Chiaverotti is an Italian comics author who entered the world of sequential art after initial explorations into dental technology and law. He joined Sergio Bonelli Editore, debuting with a story for Dylan Dog. For a significant period, he took over writing duties for the Dylan Dog series, also contributing to other titles before creating his own original character. His most notable creation is the post-apocalyptic western character Brendon, a knight-errant navigating a world devastated by a past cataclysm, referred to as the "Great Darkness."
