I have never read a book that has touched me in the way Let There Be Us has done. The explanations into the subconscious and conscious mind were so enlightening and helpful. The author has such a masterful way of using relatable stories and analogies that make everything so easy to understand and memorize. There are many exercises that will change your perception immediately, and my particular favorite was Halting Your Pseudo Time. The definition of self and how we must always grow to achieve our life's purpose was uplifting. Throughout this guide, I felt the dark clouds of uncertainty lifting, everything made sense and by implementing the techniques, I had a clear map of where to take my life.Although the subject matter of the subconscious mind can seem daunting, JC Ramos Paulino has broken everything down into manageable pieces that are so simple to achieve. I loved the section on positive and negative reinforcement, the definition you place on success and failure, and when your conscious desire clashes with your subconscious beliefs. You will definitely see stress, obstacles, and your life in a new light. There are so many "aha" moments in this book, but the one that is now on my office noticeboard is "Identity guards the doors of your perception." The content was life-changing for me.By Lesley Jones, for Reader's Favorite
