Rudolf Wolters Book order
Rudolf Wolters was a German architect and government official, noted for his longtime association with fellow architect and Third Reich official Albert Speer. As Speer's friend and subordinate, Wolters became a pivotal figure in preserving and later releasing Speer's notes, which formed the basis for his memoirs, after Speer's release from prison in 1966. His own work focused on the post-war reconstruction of West Germany, including architectural books and a biography of Speer, though Wolters later parted ways with Speer over differing views on Nazi crimes.
