Kenneth N. Taylor

    May 8, 1917 – June 10, 2005

Kenneth Taylor's lifelong dream was for all people to read and understand God's Word, experiencing its transformative power. This vision permeated his entire publishing career, from his earliest children's books to his extensive support of Christian ministries. His mission to make the Bible accessible stemmed from witnessing the confusion caused by traditional translations. He developed thought-for-thought translations of the New Testament epistles and later the complete Bible, which achieved massive sales and paved the way for further easily understandable versions.
