Jingle Belle est (sans jeu de mot, vraiment !) une enguirlandeuse. Elle a beau afficher trois-cents ans au compteur, elle est comme toutes les adolescentes : speed, sexy, piercée, capricieuse, drôle, gaffeuse... Petite précision, elle est la fille du Père Noël.
