GABEK (Ganzheitliche Bewältigung von Komplexität) ist eine PC-unterstützte Methode zur Analyse, Verarbeitung und Darstellung von Wissen. Das von Univ.-Prof. Dr. Josef Zelger entwickelte Verfahren wird unter anderem eingesetzt, um Prozesse in sozialen Organisationen „aus der Sicht der befragten Personen“ zu erfassen und zu bearbeiten. Grundwerte und Ziele der Beteiligten können aufgedeckt werden, mögliche Maßnahmen werden vorgeschlagen. Durch Umsetzung von GABEK-Ergebnissen wird das gemeinschaftliche Zusammenarbeiten in sozialen Organisationen gefördert, Konflikte können bearbeitet und eine günstige Organisationsentwicklung angeregt werden.
