      When health is fun, training easily becomes a part of life. A well-balanced, modern back-training programme meets this requirement particularly well. Strengthen your back is the motto for making back fitness the pillar of the body and of our daily lives. Developing a healthy posture, easier load carrying and a general feeling of well-being are the main goals. This manual presents a focused programme which seeks to offer varied and attractive exercises. The emphasis is placed on gentle strengthening gymnastics, supplemented by stretching and mobility programmes. Short programmes are geared to developing personal fitness and strengthening back musculature, adapted to different starting fitness levels. The programmes range from exercises without equipment to those using exercise bars to relaxation exercises.
