Eline Snel

    Eline Snel is a therapist and certified MBSR trainer, leading the Academy for Mindful Teaching in the Netherlands. With over two decades of experience, she develops and instructs mindfulness-based courses, training educators in MBSR techniques for students. Her program has been implemented in numerous primary schools across the Netherlands. She has also initiated a pilot project in secondary schools to introduce mindfulness practices to teenagers.
