Tomoko's film is going nowhere, so she takes a trip to her friend Yuu's school festival along with a couple of their old friends to try and find some inspiration. Can their support help break her out of her slump?
With her final year of high school quickly approaching, Tomoko is enjoying her last days of freedom with Nemo in Akihabara, and they've got a busy schedule! First up—browsing self-published manga and other less-savory merchandise at Summer-ket, and next, practicing voice acting in a real recording studio! But when Tomoko misreads her lines, the girls go more than a little off-script trying to recover, and the results are anything but professional…
Now that the script is done and the cast is assembled, it's finally time to film Tomoko's movie! Will everything come together in the end, or will her big idea turn out to be a big flop?
Despite having made it to high school, her long-awaited promised land, poor Tomoko Kuroki continues to strike out with her peers and remains utterly, wretchedly unpopular. And before she knows it, the first school term is nearly at its end! Can Mokocchi manage to make at least some happy memories over the break? Plunge into one girl's summer of . . . agony!
Tomoko's life as a social butterfly continues as the day of the Class Matchups arrives! This time, she's participating in the Ping-Pong tournament and even going to see her classmates compete! Still, some things never change-after getting her midterm grades, Tomoko ends up catching a ride home from Yoshida on her motorcycle, which proves an irresistible opportunity for our handsy heroine...
The start of the culture festival draws near, and filming for the movie is about to end. And for some reason, they're finishing it off with a baseball scene...? Everyone heads to the field in the morning for the shoot, but some are more optimistic about the idea than others...
Tomoko Kuroki naturally assumed she'd be popular when she got to high school...but then cold, hard reality swooped in for the attack! Turns out all the popularity points she's racked up in her video game dating sims are worth squat in real life, and Tomoko's far from prepared to navigate high school! How can she possibly hope to impress her classmates when she can't even talk to them?! A new high-school heroine is born (maybe?)!
The final cultural festival of Tomoko's high school career is on the horizon, and her big idea is...to make a movie with Nemo?! Meanwhile, there seems to be a bit of unrest in Kibako's group... As the girls' friendships are put to the test, it's a mad dash to finish their projects in time for the festival!
