Helsinki Study of A Reader on kokoelma Helsingin yliopiston uskontotieteen piirissä tehtyjä tutkimuksia useamman vuosi-kymmenen ajalta. Tutkimukset käsittelevät erilaisia uskonnollisia ilmiÃitä ja uskonto-perinteitä sekä niihin liittyviä rituaaleja, uskomuksia, kirjoituksia ja instituutioita. Kirjoittajat ovat aktiivisia tutkijoita ja opettajia, jotka edustavat tukijanuran eri vaiheissa olevia uskontotieteen tohtoreita.Helsinki Study of A Reader brings together a selection of articles written by scholars who have been active researching and teaching the Study of Religions at the University of Helsinki during recent years and, in some cases, even over several decades.The writers are in various ways affiliated to the discipline and represent scholars in different career professors and other permanent faculty members, project researchers and doctors who have defended their dissertations in Helsinki. The selection succeeds in exemplifying the variety of topics addressed and approaches pursued in the Study of Religions at the University of Helsinki.
