Vatican Central Committee for the Jubilee Book order

With its companion "Pilgrims in Rome", this is one of two official Vatican guides for the Holy Year, Jubilee 2000. The first part introduces indulgences, pilgrimage, prayer, the poor and the way with Mary. The second gives a meditation on each place and its saints, including prayers of celebration, lauds, vespers and the mass. The final part contains chapters on blessings, matins and vespers, penitential celebrations, adoration of the sacrament, the way of the cross, the way of light, the rosary, corporate and personal prayers and hymns.
