Joseph Langford Biography

Father Joseph Langford was a priest deeply moved by the spirituality of Mother Teresa of Calcutta, driven by a profound desire to adapt her charism for priestly life. He co-founded the Corpus Christi Movement for diocesan priests and later initiated the Missionaries of Charity Fathers. His meditation 'I Thirst for You,' translated globally, encapsulates his life's spiritual sentiments. Langford dedicated much of his life to serving the poorest in Tijuana, Mexico, and authored significant works exploring the mystery of Jesus' thirst.
